We reward at the stage of acquiring and building knowledge, we introduce behaviour into practice, and strengthen action. For example, the user is rewarded for regularly reading and commenting on internal messages, followed by the use of product knowledge in practice (the manner of product presentation, the manner of removing customer’s objection).
The user receives continuous information on the progress of other people (e.g. in the form of rankings). In addition, users sharing knowledge and experience with others are rewarded, which builds their position.
The Tribeware platform
Broken-down tasks are organised into self-adaptive scenarios, which can be edited graphically.
The path of each user is automatically optimised on the basis of their historical data. There are reports available in the system which facilitate independent data analysis.
At present, models of artificial intelligence and machine learning are being developed to support the decision-making processes described above.
The Tribeware platform can also be used as a universal incentive system (engine). This means that it can be implemented independently or as part of a wider ecosystem.
