In order to prepare well for an interview, take some time and increase your chances of employment at one2tribe. First of all:
- Pay attention to which advertisement you have applied for. Think about what kind of questions we can ask you during the interview.
- Read about our company by browsing our company website, and our blog and social-media information (mainly LinkedIn and Facebook).
- During the interview, be prepared to present the values you can introduce to our team (do a SWOT analysis of yourself in advance).

Does the candidate go through a so-called probationary period after being recruited?
Yes. Each of our employees undergoes a probationary period which lasts from 3 to 6 months.

How long does the recruitment process last?
In one2tribe the recruitment process lasts from 1 to 2 months.
How long does it take to be promoted to a higher position?
Promotion is determined by a person’s predispositions, and, above all, his or her ability to adapt and learn quickly. In one2tribe the first promotion is possible as soon as 6 months from the moment of employment.
